Marketing, Development and Innovation Agronomist

• Agronomic Engineering degree.
• Agronomist background – knowledge in plant nutrition and fertilizers.
• Advanced Portuguese and English Level. Master degree (desirable).
• Efficient planning and time administration. Fertilizers market and products. Marketing and communication. Proactivity and assertivity. Commitment. Communication skills. Conflict management. Project Management.

Responsabilidades:

• Manage and streamline the portfolio of products in Yara Brasil. Plan, execute and control projects for market development, aligned and supported by the marketing central team and Hanninghof Research Centre, as well as with MD&I colleagues.
• Collect and analyze data and bibliographic research for conversion into sales arguments. Lead and manage agricultural research with official institutes.
• Approach and align technical discourse with key influencers by using knowledge, providing easy access to key markets for Yara.
• Collect, organize and share relevant market information, as well as identify opportunities and threats to the business model of Yara.
